6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

7. Client Insurance Requirements
Clients must maintain comprehensive marine hull, cargo, and third-party liability insurance for project assets. Nireekshan maintains only professional indemnity and diving personnel insurance coverage.
Proof of client insurance may be requested before project commencement.
8. Payment Terms
- Payments are as per quotation or signed contract.
- Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
9. Termination
- Nireekshan may terminate service engagement or website access if terms are violated.
- Termination does not release the client from payment obligations.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
